Full programme description

Course Overview: A short interactive course in supporting people living with dementia. Ulster University is leading the way in research and knowledge translation in supporting older people and their families to navigate the transition associated with old age with a specific focus on reminiscence, family caregiving and using technology to support people living with dementia and their families.  

In this course there will be a focus on 4 research informed themes as follows:

  • Dementia: An Overview
  • Reminiscence: What is it and how can it support people living with dementia?
  • The InspireD Reminiscence App
  • The Songbird's
