Course Overview: A short interactive course designed to introduce the inner workings of the Hospitality Management sector globally and here in Northern Ireland. This course provides an introduction to the exciting and dynamic area of Hospitality Management which is offered as an undergraduate degree course within the Ulster Business School at Ulster University. You will have the opportunity to take part in three interactive lessons covering a range of topics including hotel management, event management within a hotel and food and beverage design.
